Columbus, Ohio / Mount Vernon, Ohio Family Photographer || The Hellenthal Family at Honey Run

When it gets hot, it only makes sense to head towards the water and that’s exactly what we did with this session! The day of, it was not only hot but very humid! This family and I changed plans and chose the waterfall so everyone would be as cool as possible during the session. It had been so long since I’ve seen this family and the boys are so big! I loved that at the end of the session, we just played!

Family sessions don’t have to be stiff, or a chore. They can be a time set aside to really reflect on the growth and love in your family and used create memories. I love what we did with this session. I hope years from now, they talk about the time where mom and dad had a lady take pictures of them swimming in a waterfall. What a magical memory, among many others, they will have!
