Powell, Ohio Family Photographer || Corinne’s Newborn Portraits

Much like today, Corinne’s newborn session was a rainy, Spring day in Central Ohio. It was a perfect day to be cozy, at home which is why our in-home newborn sessions were so ideal for this family! We simply hung out in their home and took some cuddly pictures. Corinne’s big brother, Aaron got to watch Encanto in between photos and even took a chicken nugget break! I mean, how much better does it get than that?! This is why I love these sessions for my clients. It’s just so easy going!

This family also got to include their puppy dog in photos. (And I got so many pets in during this session. Sweetest dog ever!) It would have been so stressful for them to pack everyone up and travel to another location had they not chosen in-home. I think another great part of these in-home sessions is that it also captures your child’s first home for them to look back on. The style of the blankets and lights, the colors of the walls… the things that may eventually change. But in your photos, your child will see the trends of the time they were born and love looking back on that. I mean, I think we all look back at our baby photos and question our parent’s choice in furniture or wallpaper right? So will your baby one day!
